The Foxmoor Cove is a voluntary organization chartered solely for the benefit of homeowners and residents of The Cove. Membership is voluntary. Dues are as follows:

• $40.00 per year for Homeowners.
• $25.00 per year for renters.

These annual fees are miniscule considering the benefits they brings to our residents.

Each year the HOA organizes various social events that members can attend that will help to instill a sense of community and provide you with the opportunity to meet your neighbors. Children are invited to many of these events.

Please consider joining us for 2004. If, at the end of the year you do not believe that you had at least $40 worth of fun, we will gladly refund your dues.
